School is open today. Thank you
It has been brought to my attention today (you may have seen on social media) that a game many children are playing called ROBLOX has been identified by police as being a major safeguarding issue. Strangers are able to send messages often inappropriate to your child. I would advise that every parent who’s child accesses ROBLOX checks their child’s account to ensure that they are kept safe. Thank you.
This evening between 5pm and 7pm, we will be holding a Space exploration evening for all our families. There will be a variety of activities taking place which will include experiments and star gazing. There will also be light refreshments. We hope you can attend.
A reminder that it is ‘Space week’. Children can come in their own clothes tomorrow. Don’t forget your empty pop bottles too. Thank You.

There will be a meeting on Tuesday 16th January in the school hall at 2.30pm for parents of children in Nursery through to Year 2 to discuss the new Relationships and Sex Education scheme that we will be following after half term. A similar meeting will be held on Wednesday 17th January for parents of children in Year 3 through to Year 6. Please do your best to attend. It won’t be a long meeting. Miss Davies and I will look forward to seeing you next week. Mrs Priest-Jones
Happy New Year to all our families. We hope you had a lovely Christmas break. We look forward to seeing you all in the morning. A reminder that Year 6 children are swimming tomorrow so they must be in school on time with the relevant kit. Please can you also ensure that your children are in the correct uniform for school. We do not want to see children, particularly the boys in their Christmas trainers (even if they are black). Earrings are also not allowed. They will be unable to do any outdoor/sporting activities as it is a health and safety issue. Thank you.
