Covid cases

Good morning, there are a few confirmed cases of Covid this morning. These children are not in school today and will continue to isolate for 10 days. Welsh Government Guidance states that children under 18 and double vaccinated adults can continue to come to school if they don’t have symptoms. So, there will still be siblings of these children attending school. Parents are following government advice and the local authority recommendations so I would appreciate that no one criticises another parent’s right to bring their child to school. If any parent has a problem with this then I suggest that you make an appointment with me to discuss it. Thank you. Mrs Priest-Jones.

Harvest donations

Dear Parents and Carers, we have been overwhelmed by the donations that our children have brought in this morning. Thank you so very much, you are all very kind. If you didn’t manage to send anything in today, don’t worry you can still send a tin or 2 in next week. Have a lovely weekend everyone and keep safe. Mrs Priest-Jones 🙂

Non Uniform Day

Just a reminder that tomorrow is non uniform day and we are asking for Harvest donations. Items could include tinned foods, rice, pasta, tea, coffee biscuits etc.

All donations will be given to the Church as part of our Harvest celebrations and they will distribute to the food bank and people in need in the community.

Uniform Sale

On Wednesday 1st September, Mrs Blackwell will be holding a uniform sale on the infant yard (weather permitting). She will also have out coats that have been left in school and are now in the lost property for you to claim.

The sale will be held 8am-11am.

Thank you

Dear parents and carers,  a big thank you on behalf of the staff and myself for all of the lovely cards, flowers and gifts. You are all very kind! We hope you all have a lovely summer break. See you in September. Mrs Priest-Jones.

Non-Uniform day

Good afternoon Parents and Carers, this Friday is our final day before the summer holiday so I am allowing all children to come to school in their own clothes. (You don’t NOT need to send in any money). Thank you, Mrs Priest-Jones
