Health and wellbeing club is open to any pupil from year 3 to year 6 – the more the merrier!
It takes place every Wednesday after school until 4.00pm.
Some of our ideas are – painting, mindfulness colouring, going for a walk, yoga, cooking, playing games.

We had low lighting, calm music and a lovely relaxing atmosphere!
